1. Led and reported on three phases of focus group reviews with the general public
   • First focus group reviewed the multiple medical information sources that were aggregated in this solution.
   • Second focus group reviewed a clickable Axure prototype of the aggregated information.
   • Third focus group reviewed visual design mockups through Usabilla.
2. Built a multi-level live prototype with Axure for testing
3. Worked with a multidisciplinary team, including information architects, visual designers, software engineers, business analysts and brand strategists
